Beer Sisters Chocolate Stout Whipped Cream

Adding cocoa and Muskoka’s Schinnicked Stout takes simple whip cream into chocolate ganache territory. The stout’s fresh coffee flavour lends the whip a mocha-like flavour, making it a versatile topping for all of your favourite desserts, from vanilla or chocolate cakes and cupcakes to brownies and hot chocolate.

Ingredients:

2 cups whipping cream

1/2 cup icing sugar

½ cup cocoa powder

½ cup Muskoka Brewery Schinnicked Stout

2 teaspoons vanilla

Instructions:

Combine all ingredients into a mixer bowl. Whip with hand mixers or a stand mixer until fluffy and semi-firm peaks form. Serve fresh, make up to 6 hours before to ensure the whip stays firm.
